Today, Campaign for Accountability filed a complaint with the IRS and FEC requesting the agencies investigate White Coat Waste Project, Inc. and White Coat Waste PAC for flagrant violations of the strict prohibition on 501(c)(3) organizations engaging in political campaign activities, and for soliciting contributions for a PAC from outside the PAC’s restricted class.

Watchdog Files FEC Complaint Against Susan B. Anthony List for Filing False Reports, Accepting Illegal Loan

On August 5, 2019, CfA filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) seeking an investigation into a PAC operated by the Susan B. Anthony List, and a conservative marketing firm, The Lukens Company.  The PAC, the Susan B. Anthony List Inc. Candidate Fund, appears to have violated the Federal Election Campaign Act and FEC regulations by filing inaccurate campaign finance reports and accepting an illegal corporate contribution from The Lukens Company.

Scott Pruitt’s Lobbyist Landlord Charged Twice As Much to Another GOP Lawmaker

"The reimbursement came after a watchdog group filed a complaint with the FEC last week alleging that Crapo’s fundraising events constituted illegal in-kind contributions to Crapo’s campaign by the LLC that technically owns the house.
