Virginia Bar Pauses on Lindsey Halligan Discipline Pending Court Ruling

In its response to a complaint CfA filed last month against Interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan (who a court has since found was illegally appointed), regarding her conduct in the prosecutions of James Comey and Letitia James, the Virginia Bar said that, at present, there is insufficient rationale for it to open an investigation.
