Equity Forward and Campaign for Accountability, represented by American Oversight, filed Freedom of Information Act lawsuits against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services seeking records from the Office of Refugee Resettlement regarding the efforts to prevent unaccompanied immigrant minors from exercising their constitutional right to abortion.
