Today, as part of its long-running investigation into the predatory practices of rooftop solar companies, Campaign for Accountability (CfA) filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the Federal Trade Commission requesting communications between commissioners and a list of advocates and rooftop solar companies that recently requested an inquiry into the electric utility industry.
