FOIA Requests to the EPA for Tar Creek Communications
On February 16, 2018, CfA submitted two Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to the Environmental Protection Agency, asking for records of communications related to the Tar Creek Superfund site in Oklahoma. On April 5, 2018, CfA, represented by American Oversight, filed a lawsuit against the EPA to compel the release of these records.
