CfA Lawsuit Against the Treasury Department for Failing to Release Records Related to Robert Mercer and Renaissance Technologies
On October 18, 2017, Campaign for Accountability filed a lawsuit in federal court in Washington, D.C. against the Treasury Department to force the release of documents regarding Renaissance Technologies and its co-CEO, Robert Mercer.
