CfA Files Ohio Bar Complaint Against Attorney Behind Teachers’ Pension Scheme

CfA filed a bar complaint asking the Office of Disciplinary Counsel of the Supreme Court of Ohio to investigate James Seth Metcalf, following a Franklin County judge finding that two board members of the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio had breached their fiduciary duties by serving as “mere puppets” of Mr. Metcalf and his business partner in a years-long campaign to steer tens of billions of dollars to their startup.
